The 4 food groups

Today we learned about the 4 different food groups. 
They were:
-Fruit and Vegetables
-Bread and Cereals
-Dairy foods
-Meat 

We need to eat at least 5 palm sized servings of fruit and vegetables every day!

Healthy Eating - Sugary Drinks

Today we had a visitor that came in to teach us all about drinks.
We we learning about some drinks and how much sugar they have in them.
We learnt that the best drinks to have everyday are water and milk. This is because water has no sugar and milk only has a little bit (2 teaspoons).
